Analog telephone

• The analog telephone line is of importance only for those who would like to be able to telephone independently from the Internet. Please take into account that it is only worth using this service if the monthly subscription fee is only HUF 1000-1500, otherwise it is worth using a different form of telephone service.

IPtelephone

• This telephone uses the Internet Protocol (that is, the Internet) to forward data. At present its quality is not as good as that of the traditional analog telephone. We recommend it only for T-Home customers where IP telephone is included in the price of the naked ADSL service.

VOIP Telephone

• This system can handle VOIP over the Internet, or analog voice transmission.

• If you wish to telephone only over the Internet it is free of charge, e.g. Skype, Voipwise, Voipbuster etc.

• If you wish to phone over an analog telephone without paying minute fees, use Freecall

o        “direct call” – this system simultaneously calls your number and the number you are calling and the one-time connection fee is only €0.05

o        there is no monthly fee for the service, for a one-time payment of €10 you can speak for five hours free of charge over a period of three months

o        if you exceed the weekly limit the charge is €0.01 per minute

o        if you do not use the credit within three months it is not deleted from your balance
